WorkingMono x Attio Workflow Automation + Integration Subscription
1. Overview
This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs your use of the WorkingMono x Attio Workflow Automation + Integration Subscription ("Service"), provided by WorkingMono ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to and using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description
The Service provides a transparent workflow pipeline for unlimited automation, AI-driven tasks, GTM-related processes, and integrations. Requests are processed one by one, prioritized, and completed within 4-48 hours depending on complexity. Users may submit requests directly or have them converted from Slack conversations or meeting transcripts. The Service offers full visibility, predictable execution, and no bottlenecks, with the ability to pause, cancel, or resume anytime.
3. Subscription & Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis, with payments processed via Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to pause or terminate your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or fees based on your location and will be clearly displayed at checkout. 4. Usage & Fair Use Policy
While we offer unlimited requests, they are completed one at a time based on priority. Abuse of the Service, such as excessive low-priority tasks that disrupt workflow efficiency, may result in a review of your subscription. We reserve the right to limit, pause, or terminate accounts engaging in misuse or excessive demands that exceed reasonable usage expectations. 5. Turnaround Times & Delivery
Tasks are completed within 4-48 hours, depending on complexity and current workload. Estimated timelines are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If a request is particularly complex, we will communicate an adjusted timeline as necessary. 6. Scope of Work
The Service is designed for workflow automation, AI-driven tasks, GTM-related processes, and integrations within Attio. We do not provide custom software development, full-stack application development, or work outside of Attio and its integrations. Any request outside the scope of the Service may be rejected or require additional discussions and fees. 7. Intellectual Property
Any workflows, automations, or integrations created as part of the Service remain the intellectual property of the user. We retain the right to reuse anonymized workflow structures for future clients, ensuring no sensitive data is shared. 8. Confidentiality & Data Security
We handle all requests and data with strict confidentiality. Sensitive business information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. While we take necessary security measures, we are not liable for data breaches or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. 9. Modifications to the Service
We may update or modify the Service at any time to improve functionality and efficiency. If significant changes occur, we will provide reasonable notice to active subscribers. 10. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you: Violate these Terms of Service. Fail to make timely payments. Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our team. Upon termination, all outstanding requests will be canceled, and no further work will be completed. 11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the last three (3) months. 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. For users in the UK, any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. For users in the US or other countries, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in a mutually agreed location unless prohibited by applicable law.
